These terms apply when you use Game Storage Generator (https://gamestoragegenerator.com), run by Nostalgia Creative Co. (Samuel Young), Melbourne, Australia. By using the site you agree to them.

The service

Game Storage Generator lets you design storage for your games and collections in your browser and download files to 3D-print or cut. We keep improving it, so features may change. We try to keep it running, but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Plans and payments

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies.
Payments are handled by Stripe.
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep the plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
One-off purchases (passes, Lifetime) are paid once and never renew.
We may change prices for new purchases. We'll tell existing subscribers at least 30 days before a price change applies to them, and you can cancel before it does.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in safe. You can delete your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

What you can do with your files

What you can do with the files you download depends on your plan. It is set out in our Licences page.

Please don't

Copy, resell or share the site's code, part library or generated files as files (for example by uploading them to a model-sharing site), unless the Licences page allows it.
Try to get around the plan limits, break the site, or overload it.
Use the site for anything unlawful.

Printing safely

You choose your printer, material and settings. Always print a test piece and test-fit before printing a full set.
Check that the storage fits your items before printing a full set.
We're not responsible for failed prints, wasted material, or damage caused by a printer.

Our work and other people's trademarks

The site, its code, its designs and its parts library belong to Nostalgia Creative Co. or are used under licence (see Licences). We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo. "Nintendo 64" and other console names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe what the storage fits.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded. Our services come with guarantees under that law. Apart from those guarantees, and as far as the law allows, the site is provided "as is", and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; if a change matters, we'll note it on the site. You can stop using the site at any time.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
